Twin Oaks Country Club

How is the course?:
The course opened in 1955. This course has trees lining most of its fairways. The course is not too long, but the last four holes are some of the best around. There are some elevated greens requiring approach shots over water. Floyd Farley designed the course. The course has 18 holes. The course includes waterhazards. And has 51-60 sandbunkers.

High Meadow Ranch Golf Club

How is the course?:
The course was built in 1999. High Meadow Ranch Golf Club is an 18-hole championship club co-designed by PGA Tour Pro David Ogrin and Nugent Golf Associates. It ranges in length from 4,800 yards to over 7,400 yards, playing to a par 72. Built on the spectacular terrain of southwest Montgomery County, the course sits inside the rustic High Meadow Ranch country development. Here golfers will find large stands of native pine trees, towering oaks, dense hardwoods and natural ravines nestled into peaceful surroundings. The course is routed in three distinct 6 hole loops. Loop 1, The Forest loop, plays through large, majestic oaks with a natural ravine coming in to play on 5 of the six holes. Loop 2, The Pine Barrens loop, is routed through pine trees and native grasses. Loop 3, The Signature loop, represents a combination of the first two and finishes with a dramatic par four, playing 441 yards to a green complex tucked into the hillside and protected by an 8 foot rock wall.

David Ogrin & Tim Nugent designed the course. High Meadow Ranch Golf Club has 18 holes. The course includes waterhazards. And has 61-70 sandbunkers.

Biltmore Country Club

Course description:
The course was built in 1926. This traditional course features narrow, tree-lined fairways. The terrain is hilly, and the greens are undulating. There is a creek that comes into play on this course. Leonard Macomber designed the course. This course has 18 holes. The course includes waterhazards. And has 31-40 sandbunkers.

Sharpstown Golf Course

What is the course like?:
The course opened in 1950. This course was closed for a period of time, but was reopened to the public in 1979. This is one of the eight municipal courses within the City of Houston. Water hazards (man-made lakes) come into play on holes #10 and #14. Almost all of the fairways are tree lined. Jay Riviere designed the course. The course has 18 holes. The course includes waterhazards. And has 21-30 sandbunkers.

C-Way Golf Club

What is the course like?:
The course opened in 1962. This is not a hilly course, but it was built atop two separate plateaus. Since the fairways are fairly wide open, the maintenance crew allows the rough to grow fairly high. On a few holes, maple, pine, and oak trees line the fairways. The course has 18 holes. The course includes waterhazards. And has 11-20 sandbunkers.

What is the course like?:
The course opened in 1989. Pointe Golf Club on Lookout Mountain Cliffs is part of the Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs Resort. Lindsborg Golf Course

What is the course like?:
The course was built in 1960. Water hazards come into play on holes #3 and #4. Several superintendents maintain the course. The scorecard doesn't show handicaps for individual holes; there is an additional men's tee that can be used when playing an eighteen hole round. Iner Jaderberg designed the course. The course has 18 holes. The course includes waterhazards. And has 1-10 sandbunkers.

The course was built in 1970. This course's fairways are typically wide open, but a few are extremely narrow. The terrain is hilly, and some of the greens are elevated. How is the course?:
The Links Golf Course is a 9-hole Scottish links-style course. The course opened for play in 1998 and is located next to Walnut Run Golf Course. Designed by Pete Hanson, this par 36 course measures 3,298 yards from the back tees.
