Cypress Creek Country Club

How is the course?:
The course was built in 1963. This is a popular course that has wide-open fairways and slightly undulating greens. There are creeks and ponds that come into play several times. Robert von Hagge designed the course. This course has 18 holes. The course includes waterhazards. And has 61-70 sandbunkers.

Chaska Golf Course

Course description:
The course was built in 1975. This course has six waterways coming into play on seven holes. Some of the ponds are man-made.

Hole #12, a 362-yard, par 4, has a pond that comes into play in front of the green and sand bunkers protecting the back.

The course was built on rolling terrain. The two forward tees have slope and course ratings for men and ladies.

Larry Packard designed the course. Chaska Golf Course has 18 holes. The course includes waterhazards. And has 71-80 sandbunkers.

Garrison Creek Golf Course

Course description:
The course was built in 1974. This executive nine hole course is well maintained, flat and easy to walk. The fairways are narrow and pine trees come into play numerous times. The greens are small and somewhat sloped. There is a creek that flows through the course that comes into play several times. The ladies tee off from the same set of tees as the men. The course has 18 holes. The course includes waterhazards.

Tot Hill Farm Golf Club

Course description:
Just outside Asheboro, this master-planned golf community is located on 367 acres of rolling countryside, nestled in amongst the Uwharrie Mountains. Designed by Mike Strantz, the par 72 course measures 6614 yards from the back tees and opened for play May of 2000. The fairways are tree-lined and wind through a picturesque landscape. The course is also home to a 200 year-old farmhouse that has been preserved on the property.

Dresscode: No Denim, Collared Shirt and Bermuda Shorts Required.

Blandford Club, The

How is the course?:
The course opened in 1909. This scenic course was built on top of a hill and offers a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. This course has tree-lined fairways and tricky greens. The signature hole is #8, a 312-yard, par 4, because of its picturesque view. Original Members designed the course. This course has 18 holes. The course includes waterhazards. And has 11-20 sandbunkers.

The course was built in 1500. This flat course is excellent for beginners because it only has a few hazards. Most of the fairways are lined by trees, but they still afford generous landing areas. There is an additional set of men's tees that can be used when playing an eighteen hole round.

The course opened in 1981. This club frequently waters its fairways, so they are always plush. Plenty of trees, some sand bunkers, and a recreational lake have been incorporated into the course design. Klingler & Associates designed the course. The course has 18 holes. Prospect Bay Country Club

Course description:
The course opened in 1953. This course was built on hilly terrain and has many trees. Hole #1 is the signature hole, a par 5, requiring an uphill tee shot to a narrow green. There is a very large hill located in the middle of the course. There is one pond that comes into play. The wind from off the nearby lake, not on the course, can affect your shots. There is an additional set of men's tees that can be used when playing an eighteen hole round. The course includes waterhazards. And has 11-20 sandbunkers.
