Ralph Myhre Golf Course, The

How is the course?:
The course opened in 1500. This course is located in a scenic setting and was built on rolling terrain. The fairways are wide open, and the wind will invariably affect your game. Most of the greens are either elevated or multi-tiered. The signature hole is #4, a 225-yard, par 3, requiring a tee shot from off a tee box which is elevated seventy feet above the green. The pro shop's extension is 5125. Ralph Myhre designed the course. This course has 18 holes. The course includes waterhazards. And has 41-50 sandbunkers.

Fairway Grass: Bluegrass

Oak Meadows Golf Course

Course description:
The course was built in 1919. This traditional course has tree-lined fairways which are defined by a standard cut of rough. One of the more difficult features this course presents are its greens. The small greens are elevated, undulating, and very difficult to hit. The terrain is hilly, so you can also expect some uneven lies during your round. Ben Hogan won the 1941 Chicago Open here and still holds the course record of 64. Carts are mandatory on the weekends. This course has 18 holes. The course includes waterhazards. And has 51-60 sandbunkers.

The course opened in 1958. This par 3 course is well maintained. Intermediate golfers will be challenged by this unforgiving course. The fairways are wide, but the greens are small and fast. The terrain is slightly rolling. There are water hazards that come into play on two holes. The course has 9 holes. The course includes waterhazards. And has 21-30 sandbunkers.

Basin Harbor Club

Course description:
The course opened in 1927. This beautiful resort course is located next to Lake Champlain. Since the course is frequently irrigated, it is green year-round. The terrain is flat and easy to walk, making this an excellent course for seniors. Most of the greens are well bunkered, and water hazards will come into play at least five times. William F. Mitchell added nine new holes in 1952, and Geoffrey Cornish redesigned the entire course a few years later. The 5,625-yard ladies' tee also has a men's course rating of 67.1 and a slope of 113. Alex "Nipper" Campbell designed the course. The course has 18 holes. The course includes waterhazards. And has 41-50 sandbunkers.
