Course description:
The course opened in 1973. This club has three well-maintained nine hole courses that are played in three eighteen hole combinations. These courses were built on mostly flat terrain, but the mounding around a few of the greens can cause uneven lies. Fairways are Bluegrass/Poa mix on each course. Some of the tee boxes and most of the large greens are elevated. Water hazards come into play on all three courses. The East Course is very wooded and features ravines coming into play on many of its narrow fairways. The North and South courses provide generous fairway landing areas and their greens are larger than the greens on the East Course. The North Course is the most undulating, forcing golfers to hit from off a variety of up and downhill lies. The club's signature hole is #3 on the South Course, a 519-yard, par 5, featuring a ninety-degree dogleg right fairway and requiring an approach shot over water to its green. Carts are required on weekends and holidays until 3 pm. Ken Killian & Dick Nugent designed the course. The course has 9 holes. The course includes waterhazards. And has 41-50 sandbunkers.
