What is the course like?:
The course was built in 1927. This very challenging course was built on hilly terrain and has small greens that are fast and its fairways are narrow. Water hazards (three ponds and a large creek) come into play on seven holes. The signature hole is #13, a 403-yard, par 4. Towanda Country Club has 18 holes. The course includes waterhazards. And has 31-40 sandbunkers.
